تأهيل المورّدينSupplier qualification
نختار المصنّعين بعد التحقق من شهادات GMP و ISO وسجلّهم في الجودة، ونطلب عينات وشهادات تحليل قبل أي تعاون.We select manufacturers after verifying their GMP and ISO certificates and quality record, and request samples and COAs before any partnership.
فحص الاستلامIncoming inspection
نطابق كل شحنة مع شهادة التحليل والمواصفات المطلوبة، ونفحص سلامة العبوات والأختام والملصقات وتواريخ الصلاحية.Each shipment is matched against its COA and the required specification; containers, seals, labels and expiry dates are inspected.
التخزين المضبوطControlled storage
حرارة ورطوبة مراقبة، مع فصل المواد حسب درجة خطورتها وتوافقها، وتطبيق مبدأ «ما تنتهي صلاحيته أولاً يُصرف أولاً».Monitored temperature and humidity, segregation by hazard class and compatibility, and a strict first-expiry-first-out policy.
التتبّع الكاملFull traceability
نسجّل رقم التشغيلة وتاريخ الصلاحية لكل منتج من لحظة الاستلام حتى التسليم، ليسهل الرجوع إليه في أي وقت.Batch numbers and expiry dates are recorded for every product from receipt to delivery, so it can be traced at any time.
النقل الآمنSafe delivery
تغليف ونقل مطابق لاشتراطات المواد الخطرة، مع إرفاق شهادة التحليل وصحيفة بيانات السلامة مع كل شحنة.Packaging and transport that meet hazardous-goods requirements, with the COA and SDS attached to every shipment.
